1. 서비스

"혼잣말"(이하 "앱")은 사용자의 기기 안에서만 동작하는 일기·메모 앱과, 사용자가 선택한 상대와 일기를 종단간 암호화로 나누는 유료 기능 "공유일기"로 이루어집니다. 앱을 설치·이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 데이터의 소유와 보관

사용자가 작성한 일기·사진·음성·분석 결과는 사용자의 것이며 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 회사는 그 내용을 보관하지도, 볼 수도 없습니다. 공유일기를 쓰면 회사 서버는 익명 ID·공개키·연결 관계·구독 여부·푸시 토큰과, 상대가 받아가기 전까지의 암호문만 보관합니다. 자세한 것은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

앱을 삭제하면 기기 안의 모든 기록이 삭제되며 회사는 이를 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다. 백업은 설정의 내보내기 기능으로 사용자가 직접 관리합니다.

3. 구독 (공유일기)

공유일기 초대 기능은 유료 구독(월간 또는 연간, 가격은 앱 안 표시 기준)으로 제공됩니다. 초대받은 사람은 초대한 사람과의 공유에 한해 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.
구독은 자동 갱신됩니다. 현재 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 같은 조건으로 갱신되며, 결제는 Google Play 또는 App Store 계정으로 이루어집니다.
해지는 스토어의 구독 관리 화면에서 언제든 할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다. 해지하면 남은 기간까지는 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
환불은 각 스토어(Google Play, App Store)의 환불 정책에 따릅니다. 회사는 스토어 결제 정보를 보관하지 않습니다.
구독이 끝나면 새 초대와 제3자 공유가 막히지만, 이미 연결된 상대와의 공유 기록은 기기에 남습니다.

4. 공유일기 이용 규칙

공유는 상대가 초대 링크를 수락한 뒤에만 시작되며, 어느 쪽이든 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다. 해제하면 서로의 공유 기록·댓글·좋아요가 양쪽 기기에서 삭제됩니다.
한 구독자는 최대 12명과 연결할 수 있습니다.
타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령에 어긋나는 내용, 상대가 원치 않는 내용을 보내서는 안 됩니다. 회사는 내용을 볼 수 없으므로 이를 감시하지 않으며, 신고가 있으면 해당 익명 ID 의 연결·구독을 제한할 수 있습니다.
공유 링크는 사용자의 익명 ID 를 담고 있습니다. 링크를 공개된 곳에 올리면 모르는 사람이 연결을 요청할 수 있으니 주의해 주세요.

5. 온디바이스 AI

앱의 감정 분석·요약·답변은 사용자의 기기 안에서 실행되는 AI 모델이 생성하며, 정확하지 않을 수 있습니다. 의료·법률·재정 등 중요한 판단의 근거로 삼지 마세요. AI 모델 파일은 사용자가 원할 때 공개 저장소(huggingface.co)에서 내려받습니다.

6. 책임의 한계

회사는 기기 고장·분실·앱 삭제·백업 미실시로 인한 기록 손실, 사용자 간 공유 내용으로 인한 분쟁, 스토어·통신망·외부 서비스의 장애에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 앱은 현재 상태 그대로 제공되며, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 회사의 책임은 사용자가 지난 12개월간 회사에 지급한 금액을 넘지 않습니다.

7. 서비스 변경·종료

회사는 기능을 추가·변경하거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 최소 30일 전에 앱 안에서 알리며, 사용자의 기록은 기기 안에 그대로 남습니다.

8. 약관의 변경

약관을 바꿀 때는 이 페이지와 앱 안에서 시행일과 함께 알립니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

9. 준거법과 분쟁

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 회사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할로 합니다. 소비자 관련 법령상 사용자에게 유리한 규정이 있으면 그 규정을 우선합니다.

1. The service

"Honjatmal" (the "App") is a diary and notes app that runs entirely on your device, plus a paid feature, the "shared diary", which lets you exchange chosen entries with people you invite, end-to-end encrypted. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

2. Your data

Entries, photos, voice notes and analysis results belong to you and stay on your device. The Company neither stores nor can read them. If you use the shared diary, the server holds only an anonymous ID, public key, link relationships, subscription status, a push token, and encrypted boxes until the recipient fetches them. See the Privacy Policy.

Deleting the App deletes everything on the device; the Company cannot recover it. Backups are yours to manage through the export feature.

3. Subscriptions (shared diary)

Inviting others requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the App). Invited people can share back with the person who invited them for free.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing is handled by Google Play or the App Store.
Cancel anytime in your store's subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds follow the store's policies. The Company holds no payment details.
When a subscription ends, new invitations and third-party sharing stop; entries already shared remain on the devices.

4. Shared diary rules

Sharing starts only after the other person accepts your invite link, and either side can unlink at any time; unlinking deletes shared entries, comments and likes on both devices.
One subscriber can link with up to 12 people.
Do not send content that violates others' rights or the law, or that the recipient does not want. The Company cannot see content and does not monitor it; on a report it may restrict the anonymous ID's links or subscription.
Your invite link contains your anonymous ID. Posting it publicly lets strangers request a link.

5. On-device AI

Emotion analysis, summaries and answers are generated by an AI model running on your device and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other important decisions. Model files are downloaded from a public repository (huggingface.co) only when you choose.

6. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for data loss from device failure, loss, app deletion or missing backups, for disputes arising from content shared between users, or for outages of stores, networks or third-party services. The App is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to the amount you paid to the Company in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to the service

The Company may add, change or discontinue features or the service. Discontinuation is announced in the App at least 30 days in advance; your entries stay on your device.

8. Changes to these terms

Changes are posted on this page and in the App with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the court with jurisdiction over the Company's seat as the court of first instance. Mandatory consumer-protection rules that favour you prevail.
